Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of order or payment and are shipped via a courier.
The courier will be asked to leave goods in a safe location if no-one is home to receipt the goods. If there is a prefered location for the courier to leave the goods please leave a message when processing your order.
Transport fees vary according to total weight and dimensions.

Returns & Warranty
We offer a full 12 month replacement warranty on all our products where a manufacturing fault has occurred.

Once we have been notified of the return you will be issued an RA (return approval).
Goods must be clearly labeled with the RA number. Any product returned without the proper details could be delayed in processing your claim.
