Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Order Cancellations

If you make an error when placing an order, we will gladly provide a refund provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.

If payment was made via PayPal or other payment gateways, any non-refundable processing fees charged to us may be deducted from your refund amount if the order is cancelled due to change of mind or delivery location issues.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be able to intercept the shipment. Any freight, return freight, handling, or processing costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.


Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully, as we do not generally accept returns for change of mind.

At our discretion, we may approve a change-of-mind return. Any approved change-of-mind return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

If approved:

  • A store credit may be issued instead of a refund
  • Return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • The item must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in original condition
  • Any non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Photos showing the fault or damage
  • A description of the problem
  • Your order details

We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Faulty or damaged item claims should be reported as soon as possible and preferably within 14 days of delivery.


Warranty

All Aussie Swings products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Commercial use of non-commercial products
  • Incorrect installation
  • Modification or unauthorised repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Vandalism or external damage

Products used in commercial environments must be commercial-grade to be covered under warranty.


Return Window

Approved returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must not be returned without prior approval from Aussie Swings.

Returns received without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
